Firstly welcome to Mearn's PC - This website is only just being developed and many improvements are planned in the coming months so please bear with us. Mearn's PC is a part time business based out of Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire, I am aiming to provide professional Personal Computer Support and maintenance services to the Mearns area in Aberdeenshire. With 20 years experience in working with computers and PC's , including desktop , laptop and server setups, hardware & software installations, as well as network/wireless and internet setups.
I am looking to provide an honest and economical solution to PC maintenance and repairs and from time to time hope to offer cheap recycled PC's for sale should there be any interest in this.
I look forward to hearing from you and providing solutions to all your computing needs, so if you have a computer in need of some assistance please feel free to give us a try. We offer a no fix no fee option where if we cannot fix your fault then we will not charge you for our work.
Current Services Offered include :
PC Health Check : One of the main complaints with PC's these days is that over time they start to run slower and slower, a lot of salespeople will advise you to upgrade this or upgrade that and in some cases they are correct but in the majority of cases you could be wasting your time and money.
PC Trouleshooting , New Installations , Upgrading current systems
Data Backup & Recovery Services , Have you accidently wiped data from your harddrive or your drive is making stange noises or not responding - Your data may still be recoverable - Contact me and i can see if it will be possible
Computer & Hardware consultancy / purchasing
Computer and Equipment Disposals , If you have old equipment you no longer require but is too large to throw out with general trash or has parts which require special disposal methods Mearns PC can collect and dispose of this for you.

Although at the moment Mearns PC is a part time business, Feel free to contact me with any requests or services you may require. I will try my best to accomodate your needs in a timescale which can suit both parties.. Repairs can be collected from you or dropped off at your preference.
Collections will be quoted for before any job is undertaken and will be dependant on driver and your availability
